a. Ensure that the contractor executed the project as per the scope of work.
b. To monitor facilities and ensure safety on site.
c. Giving proper written instructions to the contractor to ensure quality, timely completion etc of the project.
d. To ensure that site construction schedules are adhered to.
e. Report writing of all incidents.
f. Responsible for keeping the projects manger updated on all field activities.
g. Interface with clients to review job progress, critical issues.
h. Conducting progress meetings, approval of variations, contractor's payments etc Reporting to Contract Supervisor

Candidate should be a Graduate civil engineer (min. 5 years site experience) with a strong personality to drive the project parties. He should be a result oriented and computer savvy. He should have working knowledge of Word, Excell, AutoCad, Powerpoint and Primavera/MS Project. He should be fluent in English language (Spoken & written) and must be self corresponding. Gulf experience especially in consultancy firms, is an added advantage. Only Graduate engineers need to apply.

c. Tender analysis and recommendation
d. Interface with clients to review job progress, critical issues
e. Other related jobs as assigned by the Manager.
